Who we are

StreamBundler is a trading name of Axion Access Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16353454). Contact us at support@streambundler.com.

What you are buying

We create a new streaming account for you (for example Netflix or Spotify), pay the provider for it each month, and send you the login. You pay us a monthly fee for this. We are independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any streaming provider.

Pricing and the risk you should know about

We pay for accounts using international pricing, which is lower than UK pricing and is not officially offered by providers for use in the UK. A provider may change its rules or prices, or close an account. If your account stops working we will replace it within 24 hours or refund that month's fee. We cannot guarantee that a provider will keep allowing this.

Your account

The account is for you or your household. Please change the password when you receive it and keep it private. Do not resell or share the account outside your household.

Billing and cancelling

Plans renew monthly on the date you joined. You can cancel at any time by emailing us or using the link in your receipt; cancelling stops the next payment and the account closes at the end of the paid month. If a payment fails we will email you, and the account may be paused after 72 hours.

Refunds

See our refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email you about material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
