Who controls your data

What we collect

Your name, email address, the plan you buy and your payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. We also keep the login details of the account we create for you so we can support it.

Why we use it

To set up and support your account, take payment, send you your login and service emails, and meet our legal and accounting duties. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider, our spreadsheet and automation tools used to deliver your order, and the team members who set up accounts. Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer and up to six years after, for accounting records. You can ask us to delete anything we do not need to keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
